Could use clearer guidance but overall a decent process
The process was okay but also a bit confusing at times. The online platform is straightforward, making it easy to navigate and find information quickly. However, I felt the overall guidance could be more detailed so that clients like me feel fully confident in their decisions. It's not bad but also leaves room for improvement.
