PRETTY DECENT SERVICE, BUT I FELT THERE COULD HAVE BEEN MORE CLEAR COMMUNICATION AT TIMES. THE PROCESS WAS SMOOTH ENOUGH AND MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED, THOUGH SOME DETAILS STILL SEEM A BIT TOO VAGUE FOR COMFORT. OVERALL FAIR EXPERIENCE, HAVING EXPECTATIONS SET A LITTLE HIGHER WOULD BE NICE.
