NOT SURE I GOT THE FULL VALUE BUT CONVENIENT ENOUGH
Dropped off some jewelry for a quick sale and felt like I wasn’t getting the full value. The staff was friendly enough but seemed eager to move things along faster than I would have liked. They offered what they considered fair, yet it left me wondering if I could’ve gotten more elsewhere or by doing my own research first. It’s convenient that there is always someone available, but sometimes you just want great service without feeling rushed or underappreciated. Overall not bad, just wish the appraisal process felt a bit more thorough rather than simply transactional.
