The gold was delivered tucked into a sealed envelope, which I found kinda weird but it all looked legit. not sure if I'll be back though since nothing really wowed me.
The process was okay, nothing special. They answered my questions but didn't go out of their way to make it memorable or smooth.
After my recent visit, I feel like things could have been better. The staff was friendly enough but didn't seem to offer much guidance beyond the basics. It took longer than expected to get answers about pricing and options which left me a bit frustrated. While they managed to help me with what I needed at the moment, I don't think I'll be rushing back unless something changes or improves significantly. I've learned not to do anything rash when it comes to investments, so for now I'm taking more time considering other options before making any decisions here again. It's okay in a pinch but lacks that extra touch of trustworthiness you'd hope for with metals.
