Smooth setup with helpful support but some website clutter and minor delays
Setting up my Gold IRA with this online company was pretty smooth overall!! Answered all my questions quickly which I appreciated!!!! The process wasn’t too complicated but took a little longer than expected at some points. Sometimes their website felt a bit cluttered making it harder to find info fast!!! Still, they were responsive when I reached out by email or phone so that helped ease the occasional frustration. It’s not perfect, there are small hiccups, but for what you pay it feels like good value enough! Would recommend if you're okay handling things digitally rather than in person!!!!!
