disappointed with the collection and slow service
Was expecting a little more from the collection. The pieces looked promising online, but in person they didn't quite live up to my expectations. I waited around for someone to assist me and felt a bit overlooked at first. When I finally received help, it was friendly enough, yet things moved slowly which made the small moment feel bigger than necessary. Prices seemed fair but not exceptional considering what you get sometimes feels underwhelming for that price point. It’s not terrible; just lacking that wow factor especially after such an impatient experience waiting on minor details. Might give it another shot someday if new designs catch my eye better next time around.
