friendly staff and honest service made for a reassuring visit
Walking into the store I wasn't quite sure what to expect but was immediately greeted with friendly staff who seemed genuinely interested in helping me understand my options they offered a fair assessment of my gold items and explained their process clearly which made me feel more comfortable even though I still had some doubts about how much I could really get for them overall everything went smoothly and the payment arrived promptly afterwards it's not an overly fancy place just straightforward honest service that left me feeling reasonably satisfied given the circumstances might come back again if needed but wouldn't necessarily go out of my way, either
