Waiting took longer than planned but they handled everything professionally
Had high hopes for a quick transaction but it took longer than expected. The staff was friendly enough once I got their attention, though there seemed to be some confusion about the prices. They offered what I thought were fair rates, but completing the process felt more tedious than it should have been with all the questions and waiting around. If you’re in a rush or expecting smooth sailing, this might not be your best bet unless you're really patient or just curious about selling gold locally. Still, they did handle everything professionally by the end of it all, just wish things moved faster sometimes!
