impressed with the quality but cautious about customization options
found myself really drawn to their selection and quality, which is impressive. the staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy. still, a small part of me felt cautious about how much I could negotiate or customize my order. overall though, it’s definitely worth checking out if you’re after something special but go in with tempered expectations
