DO NOT GO HERE!
BEWARE! I was shorted by around $5,000 selling my 18K gold item. He's a gold professional, and I'm not, so I trusted him to calculate everything correctly. After calculating the net gold weight, he applied the 0.75 purity factor and then used the 18K price instead of the 24K price, which is why the calculation was wrong. When I realized this, even offered to buy my piece back to give him a chance to make things right, but he said it was already sold. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, he made childish jokes and hung up in my face. Extremely unprofessional. Be careful and know your gold's value before doing business here.
