Really happy with how my ring turned out despite the wait

Visited this place recently and loved their selection. The staff was friendly without feeling too pushy, which I appreciated. My ring turned out beautifully just as I envisioned it* the only reason for a slight bump in rating is that the process took a little longer than expected*. Still, very glad I came here!

decent but a bit routine overall

The process was quite fine, but I expected it to go a little more smoothly. The staff seemed fine and helpful enough, yet everything felt just a bit too routine for my taste. Still, they did handle things in a pretty fine manner overall. It’s definitely not the finest experience I've had with gold dealers, but it was still okay at best.
