Disappointing experience with the gold dealer, felt a bit rushed and not very engaging

Decided to try this gold dealer after hearing some good things, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. The process was smooth enough, yet I felt a bit rushed and not very engaged throughout. Also confused it with another business at first which threw me off thinking they had different policies. Not terrible but nothing special either.

Good coin selection and friendly staff make it worth a visit

The building’s exterior looks pretty run-down, but inside the selection of coins is solid. Transactions went smoothly and staff was friendly enough, certainly a decent spot if you're into coin collecting.
