Honestly don't understand how this place is not a 5 star considering the competition
I had a small amount of mixed jewelry and gold coins that I honestly knew nothing about. Steve and Danny walked me through every single item, explained the entire buying process from start to finish. Like how to calculate the gold value and determine based on weight and karat. I never felt rushed or pressured. They were patient, transparent, and actually taught me how value is determined. The offer I received was easily the best of the three places I visited in Northern Virginia. They paid 85% of spot value for jewelry and 93% for gold coins which was a lot higher than others. Highly recommend.
