A decent experience but lacking that extra touch
The process was okay... nothing extraordinary but not terrible either. The online interface made it simple to get started, which I appreciated since visiting in person wasn’t an option for me. Their explanations of gold IRA options were clear enough, though some details felt a bit rushed during the consultation. Delivery took longer than expected and there weren’t many updates given along the way, still, everything arrived intact without any issues.
