An okay place to browse for gold with friendly staff but nothing extraordinary
Looking for a decent gold dealer that you can feel somewhat confident about was easier than I expected. Their selection seemed pretty solid, and the staff appeared knowledgeable without being pushy, which I appreciated. The process was straightforward enough but not overly smooth or seamless either. Prices were fair but maybe slightly on the higher side compared to some other places I've checked out. Customer service answered my questions well enough but lacked a certain warmth that might have made me more comfortable straight away. Overall it’s an okay spot if you're just browsing around casually and don’t need anything too special, nothing bad really stands out yet nothing remarkable either, you get the point.
