Good platform overall but room for more personal touch
Decided to explore the online options for a Gold IRA and ended up with this platform. The process was smooth enough, and I appreciated how straightforward everything seemed at first glance. They provided clear details about their services which made me feel somewhat confident moving forward. That said, there were moments when responses took longer than expected or felt a bit rushed, like maybe they weren’t as focused on individual questions anymore. It’s good but not exceptional, definitely somewhere in between feeling satisfied yet wanting more personalized attention sometimes. Also, after being moved from one page to another during the setup process it did make things seem less seamless than I hoped overall still worth considering if you're comfortable handling some parts independently.
