Relaxed and trustworthy gold buying experience
Deciding to invest in gold felt a bit intimidating at first, but the team here made it straightforward and approachable. Their selection is solid and prices seem fair for what you get. Walking through their process reminded me of browsing with my parents, calm, professional, and no-pressure. I appreciated how transparent they were about the different options available without trying to push anything unnecessary on me. My only reason for holding back from giving top marks is that the overall experience could be more modern or streamlined online since everything still feels very traditional. Still, I feel confident with my purchase so far and would consider coming back if needed.
