Reliable professionals with room for improvement
While I found the process straightforward and received what I needed, it wasn’t without a few minor hiccups. The team was generally helpful in answering my questions and guided me through some of the options available for investing in gold. However, there were moments when communication could have been clearer or faster to respond. Overall, they delivered on their promises and helped me get started with my investment plan. It’s not perfect but certainly better than expected given past experiences elsewhere. In the end, I tried working with them because they seemed like reliable professionals who know their stuff, even if everything wasn't seamless throughout.
