Helpful but could be a bit quicker and more personalized
The process was okay overall, but there were moments I wished things moved a little faster. The team answered my questions, though sometimes the responses felt a bit generic. It met my expectations without exceeding them. Still, I'm glad I took some steps toward diversifying my retirement savings with this company. ALso, I thought the custodian fees were included but they aren't so be careful (hence the 3 stars).
