Could’ve been better with the appraisal process

The staff seemed alright, but I wasn't really impressed with how they handled the appraisal process, like, did my gold even get weighed properly? Still, decent experience overall.

Visited the shop and found them helpful, no pressure at all. Pulled from handlebar bag with ease and felt like I was in good hands throughout. Will come back again soon!
