I called to ask about a coin and waited forever on hold, then the staff was rude when I finally got through. Honestly, not impressed at all with their service or knowledge.

I was happy with my gold purchase, the process was smooth and friendly. The only thing is that there was a dull color patch in one piece but overall I would reccomend them for honest deals.
