Timing was off but the quality’s there
Went in this morning around 10 AM on a whim. The staff was friendly enough but seemed a bit overwhelmed with other customers. I asked about resizing my ring and it took longer than expected, almost two weeks before I got the call that it was ready. While the quality of their work appeared good, there wasn’t much effort to go above and beyond for quick service or personalized attention today. It’s fine if you’re patient and not in too big of a rush, but don’t expect anything rushed or especially memorable from this visit at least right now, I might try again later to see if they improve timeframes.
