Ok this got long but overall a decent experience. They paid promptly and the jewelry was taken without fuss. Still, I had some reservations about their appraisal process which weren’t fully explained.
Got some old jewelry appraised and sold here. process was quick, payment was decent, def recommend for fast cash when needed.
Walking into the shop I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff was friendly but a little rushed, which made me feel like I wasn’t as important as they seemed busy with other customers. They gave me a fair assessment of my jewelry and offered an acceptable price despite some negotiations. Nothing felt overly special or memorable though, just your average transaction. I'd say maybe if you're looking for quick service without any frills it’s worth stopping by, but don’t expect anything extraordinary either. Overall it was decent enough for what I needed done that day so I'll give them credit for reliability even if their vibe lacks a bit more warmth or personalization.
