service felt a bit staged but the layout was helpful
This visit left me slightly unsure about the sincerity of their customer service approach. Initially, I was hesitant because things felt a bit too polished and scripted for such a straightforward shopping experience. The selection is decent but not exceptional compared to other stores in this category. Prices seem fair enough considering branding but didn't quite match my expectations based on reputation alone. They do have an organized layout which makes browsing easier, yet I couldn't shake off that feeling of being guided rather than genuinely helped if you know what I mean. Overall, it's functional without offering anything truly special or memorable beyond standard standards.
