After a tough week, walking into this jewelry shop left me feeling surprisingly upbeat. The staff was friendly and eager to help, making what could have been an awkward experience smooth and easy. They offered fair prices for some old pieces I wanted to part with, which I appreciated. The selection was quite nice too, tons of shiny things that made it hard not to get distracted! My only confusing moment came when trying to understand how their appraisal process worked exactly, I guess I'll need a bit more clarification next time.
