a generally smooth process with helpful explanations
Initially, I was hesitant about selling some old jewelry because I worried it wouldn't go smoothly. After a bit of back and forth, everything finally worked out well enough. They explained the process clearly which helped me feel more comfortable in the end. It wasn’t perfect from start to finish but overall not bad either.

PRETTY GOOD BUT COULD BE FASTER AND CLEARER
A pretty smooth experience overall. The staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly, though I wish the process had been a bit quicker. A woman named Jen or Jan helped me out, she was great but could have explained things more clearly.
