My experience with this jewelry buyer was pretty straightforward. Satisfactory, but a bit lacking in communication
To be fair, they offered a fair price for my jewelry. The process was quick and the staff professional. However, I wish their customer service was more proactive in explaining options. Overall, decent experience but room for improvement if you need reliable honesty.
