Loved how welcoming and friendly everyone was. They really took the time to listen and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Felt good knowing my jewelry is in trusted hands!
The service was okay but nothing special. The staff wasn't particularly friendly or helpful, which left me feeling indifferent. Prices seemed a bit high for what I got and overall it didn't leave much of an impression definitely not bad but not great either
They explained clearly the difference between lab and natural stones, which helped me understand more about what I was buying. Nothing extraordinary but honest service overall.
This place definitely has potential but fell a bit short in some areas. The selection here is decent, and this place offers repair services that seem reliable enough. However, this place's communication felt somewhat vague at times which made me hesitant about some of the recommendations from staff here. Overall it’s okay but I might look elsewhere next time for better value or clearer service descriptions from this place.
