an okay shop with room to improve

I think they had a second location because the service here felt a bit inconsistent. The staff was friendly enough, but I expected more attention to detail when it came to selecting or customizing jewelry pieces. Prices were reasonable, and their selection is decent for such a small shop. It’s clear they try hard, though sometimes things seemed rushed or not as polished as I'd hoped. For special occasions or bigger purchases, I might go somewhere with more experience under its belt, still good in a pinch if you’re nearby and need something quickly without too much fuss. Overall, an okay spot that could improve in many ways but isn’t bad for what it is.

A pretty average experience with no major downsides

Nothing crazy, just a pretty average experience. The selection was okay but nothing that really stood out and the staff seemed fine but nothing crazy either. Prices were reasonable enough for what I needed and they didn’t push anything too hard which is nice. Overall, nothing crazy to write home about but no complaints either.
