Reliable and knowledgeable but missing that wow factor
The selection was solid and the staff were knowledgeable. Prices seemed fair, though there wasn’t anything particularly extraordinary to set them apart from other dealers. Overall I felt confident in my purchase but didn't experience that wow factor I sometimes expect with gold transactions. Reliable enough for a standard investment step.
