Fair experience but could have been smoother getting through
Met some of the staff, including a woman with glasses, I can't recall her name, and while they answered my questions, I felt the process could have been smoother. Fair experience overall.

Good, but a little chipped
Overall pretty good, but i did notice a chipped corner ding on the holder which was kinda disapointng. Still, they were helpful and dealt with my questions quickply!
