Pretty but lacking in warmth
While the selection of jewelry was fine, I can’t say my experience exceeded expectations. The staff was polite enough, but there wasn’t much enthusiasm or proactive assistance when I had questions. Prices seemed a bit inflated compared to other places I've visited recently though perhaps that's just how they do things here. It’s not a bad store by any means; everything looked nice and well-maintained after all. Just wish there was more genuine effort behind customer service rather than going through the motions as if it were routine business only meant to meet sales quotas instead of creating memorable moments for clients like myself.
