While I appreciated the selection and knowledge of the staff, it often felt a bit chaotic trying to navigate everything. Still, they were helpful when asked specific questions. The process could be smoother with clearer organization. Overall, decent experience but definitely room for improvement in making things more streamlined and less hectic.
Been dealing with them for years, and they've never let me down. Always friendly n trustworthy. Love that they’ve held since 87! Highly recomend to anyone looking a gold dealer you can trust!
Three, two, one. Trust in a gold dealer is such a delicate thing and this place offers decent service but left me feeling slightly unsure about the long-term value. The staff was friendly enough during my visit and I got some good advice on different coins to consider. However, there were moments where communication felt rushed or not as clear as I would have liked it to be. Prices seemed fair but maybe lacked that extra edge of transparency that makes you feel completely confident ahead of any investment decisions. Overall, it's an okay spot if you're just starting out or looking for something local with honest folks nearby.
A very pleasant experience overall. I approached with some hesitations about investing in gold but was quickly put at ease by a friendly woman who helped me through the process, her name’s gone though, sorry! She answered all my questions patiently and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. The transaction went smoothly and there was no pressure to buy more than I felt comfortable with. While it wasn’t perfect, perhaps because of a minor wait or small mix-up on paperwork, their professionalism really stood out. It’s definitely not among the most memorable parts of my investment journey but it got the job done efficiently enough for what I needed.
Great place to sell your coins, they made me feel comfortable and I got a fair deal. Inherited in 1977, so it’s good knowing the value is appreciated with honesty by them. Will come back!
