Friendly staff but a need for more transparency in recommendations
Finally made time to visit and see what they had to offer. The staff was welcoming and friendly, which set a positive tone right away. They seem knowledgeable about gold investments but sometimes give off the impression that their main goal is just making a sale rather than really guiding you through options. Prices were fair for what I needed at the moment, although I felt like there might be better deals elsewhere if you're willing to shop around more thoroughly. Overall, it’s not a bad place; just wish there was slightly more transparency or explanation behind some of their recommendations because that would have made me feel even more confident in my choices here.
