a charming place that keeps me coming back

Walking into the shop felt like stepping into a jewelry wonderland. The variety was impressive, and I couldn’t help but feel excited about my purchase. The staff members were friendly enough, though maybe not as enthusiastic as you’d hope for when hunting down that perfect ring. Prices seemed fair given the quality, nothing to write home about but definitely no regrets either. My only gripe is that sometimes it feels a little cluttered inside, making it tricky to browse smoothly. Still, it's one of those places where charm outweighs perfection by just enough to keep me coming back now and then.

Mix of slow service and rude staff

Honestly, I was upset with how long it took to get my ring fixed but they finally did a great job. The staff can be pretty rude, though; some are just not friendly at all.

Could’ve been quicker and smoother

Went in to get a simple repair and it took way longer than expected. Staff seemed rushed and not very patient, but they did fix my jewelry eventually. Not the worst, but could be better.
