I've been dealing with Joe's Karat Shop for a while and honestly, their honesty and transparency are unmatched. Always fair prices and no hidden fees, definitely my go-to for gold.
Loved the print rub on slab, made my collection stand out and really impressed everyone. Joe's Karat Shop is always reliable with quality pieces I can trust.
I visited to sell some gold, but the process took much longer than expected. I didn’t receive clear updates and had to follow up multiple times. It felt like my concerns weren’t addressed properly which was frustrating overall. Would’ve appreciated better communication throughout.
Sometimes you find just what you're looking for without any fuss. The staff here is friendly and helpful, making the whole process smooth. Gold selections are decent and fairly priced. Even if some folks might expect more options or a little extra sparkle, it's definitely worth stopping by for honest deals in a no-pressure setting.
