Average jewelry buyer with friendly staff but nothing special

The place looked how you’d expect from a local jewelry buyer. The staff was friendly enough, but I felt like they didn’t really go out of their way to make the experience special. They offered me a fair price for some old pieces, but it wasn’t anything extra memorable. Everything seemed efficient and straightforward, which is fine if that’s what you're after, no surprises either way. It just lacked that little spark of excitement or personal touch to stand out in my mind afterward. Overall okay if you need quick service without much fuss; otherwise there are probably better options elsewhere where the process feels more engaging or personalized.

Nothing special, but gets the job done

Could have been a better experience
