I was a bit hesitant to make such a big purchase, but the selection here is impressive and the staff seemed genuinely eager to help. My necklace turned out beautiful, with lovely craftsmanship that I truly appreciate. That said, I feel like some prices were slightly higher than expected, which made me cautious throughout the process, apologies if that came across as hesitance on my part. Overall though they handled everything smoothly and delivered what I asked for with care. Not quite perfect in every way but definitely worth considering if you're looking for quality jewelry from folks who seem invested in their craft.
