Pretty smooth experience but a few questions about the appraisals
My experience with this jewelry buyer was generally positive. They offered a fair price for my gold and handled the transaction smoothly, which I appreciated since metal valuations can be tricky sometimes. The staff seemed knowledgeable and polite, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. However, I found their approach to appraisals a bit inconsistent at times; one moment they seemed certain about values then later hesitated or gave slightly different estimates without clear explanation. Overall it left me feeling satisfied but somewhat uncertain if everything was as transparent as it could have been maybe just overthinking things? Still glad I got rid of some outdated pieces though regardless of the occasional doubts creeping in!
