Decent overall, but stay cautious from start to finish
I was surprised myself by walking in. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the process smooth. I felt confident with their knowledge but still had some reservations about the final offer. Overall a decent experience if you stay cautious from start to finish.

Decent place, but it felt a little rushed
The jewelry buying process felt straightforward but a bit rushed. Prices seemed fair, though I didn't get much time to consider options. Overall, it was okay; nothing stood out strongly either way and they appeared eager to close quickly.
