I was worried I wouldn’t get a fair price, but they explained things clearly and made me feel comfortable. Glad I trusted them instead of feeling misunderstood about the process.
Initially, I was pretty impressed with the selection and friendly staff. They seemed knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about my jewelry appraisal. The whole process was smooth enough, which eased some of my nerves since I’ve never sold gold before. However, a small part of me wondered if the offer they gave really reflected what it's worth on the market right now. While overall it felt fair at first glance, that lingering doubt kept bothering me afterward instead of feeling completely satisfied with how everything turned out. Still maybe worth checking out if you want to sell quickly but be sure to do your homework just in case there might be better offers elsewhere later on, even though this place is quite convenient!
