I was really hoping for a smooth process, but waited forever and never felt valued. delivery took way too long and I’m pretty disappointed with how things turned out though the ring is lovely.
The ring looked beautiful online but was a bit smaller than I expected in person. Customer service tried to help, but it took some effort. Just saying, not quite perfect for me.
