Really impressed with the selection and quality, plus they were patient explaining different options. Only wish service was a tiny bit faster but overall satisfied.
They refreshed my ring's stone before the holidays and didn't charge anything extra. Really appreciated the quick turnaround and friendly service!
Visited for a special piece and left feeling somewhat mixed. The selection was nice, but the pricing seemed higher than expected given the quality. They did offer good service when I asked questions, but didn’t go out of their way to make me feel truly valued either. Gold & Silver something, I never remember the full name, but it’s okay overall.
