Had a bunch of tangled chains and was pretty worried, but they made it easy. Turned out ok in the end, happy with how smooth everything went despite my doubts.

Could use some improvement in efficiency and communication
Was expecting a smoother process than what I got. They offer fair offers, but the wait times were longer than anticipated and some staff seemed uninterested at times. It’s definitely not bad, yet it could use improvements in communication and efficiency to really stand out.
