Surprisingly happy with how everything turned out

That thing they did to help me pick out my ring turned out better than I expected. The staff was friendly and gave honest opinions without pressuring me into anything. There were a few moments when I wondered if that thing would be the right choice, but in the end it felt perfect for what I needed. They seemed knowledgeable about all those different styles and stones which made me more comfortable making such an important purchase. It’s not a flawless experience because sometimes things took longer than anticipated or communication wasn’t as quick as I'd hoped. Still, that thing at checkout left me feeling satisfied with how everything came together overall.
