Selection was decent, nothing exceptional but enough to see what they had at the moment. I appreciated how straightforward everything felt without any pushy sales tactics; just an easy transaction overall. Prices appeared competitive considering the market too which is always good for peace of mind when dealing with precious metals. It wasn’t anything memorable or special, but if you're nearby and need quick service from someone who knows their stuff without any fuss, this place does the job adequately.
Got my ring polished and they pointed out the rough nick under capsule hinge, which I never noticed. Friendly service & honest advice makes it worth every visit!
I was really disappointed with how little attention I received and the lack of transparency during my visit. Felt rushed and not valued as a customer at all.
