Reliable and straightforward jewelry appraisal service
Moving to the area recently and needed a quick appraisal for some jewelry I no longer wear. The staff was straightforward and efficient, which I appreciated given how busy things can get around here. They offered fair prices without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. The entire process felt transparent enough, although it wasn’t especially personal or warm, more professional than anything else. Overall, good service if you know what you're looking for and want solid value in a timely manner. Would consider returning if I have other items to evaluate down the line but didn’t walk away feeling overly impressed beyond their reliability.
