ok place to sell gold if you’re nearby but nothing special

Walking into the shop, I was greeted promptly and felt welcomed enough. A man helped me, starts with D? Maybe it was Dan or Dave, I’m not certain. He explained some options clearly but didn't go overboard with sales pressure which I appreciated. The process took a bit longer than expected for just a small transaction, and while everything seemed straightforward there wasn’t much enthusiasm from their side. Overall, they handled things capably without any noticeable issues. It’s probably worth mentioning that the overall experience left me feeling neutral about returning in the future since nothing truly stood out either way, a decent place to sell gold if you’re nearby but no more than that.

Happy with the gold, but details could be clearer

Really happy with the gold I bought, but wish there was more clarity on how everything wrapped up. Still, their selection and service were top-notch!

Reliable and friendly gold dealer with a smooth selling process

Decided to check out this gold dealer after hearing some friends mention it. They offered a straightforward process and seemed knowledgeable without being too pushy. My kid even joked that I must be getting nostalgic about my old jewelry collection, which made the whole thing feel less formal. The staff was kind enough to walk me through how they evaluate items, making me feel comfortable about what I was selling. Everything went smoothly from start to finish with no surprises or high-pressure tactics involved. Overall, it's a place I'd consider visiting again if I come across more pieces worth cashing in on someday, definitely an experience that left me feeling satisfied yet mildly curious for next time around.

Quick visit, could use more attention

The staff seemed in a hurry and rushed through the process. Prices were fair, but it felt like they weren’t paying full attention. Overall decent experience, though I wished for more thorough service. Not bad, just quick and so-so supervision this time around.
