Nice ring but wish I had clearer info upfront
Was a bit surprised by how politely the staff handled my questions about the gemstone quality. I asked if they could guarantee it was ethically sourced, and while they assured me yes, there was just an undercurrent of hesitation that made me wonder. The store itself is lovely but not as organized as I'd hoped which led to some confusion during checkout. Still, when I finally got my ring home and wore it for a few days, everything looked great, sparkling nicely and holding up well overall. It’s alright depending on what you’re looking for; just wish their transparency had been clearer from the start.
