To my surprise, the staff was friendly and straightforward about the process. They offered a fair price quickly without any pressure or confusing jargon. The whole transaction felt honest and smooth from start to finish. It’s rare these days to find such transparent service so I definitely appreciate it. While I’m not someone who writes many online reviews, this place earned my praise enough for me to do it again if needed someday down the road.
Was nervous about selling my old platinum bracelet but they made it easier than I thought. Fair deal and no hassle, will consider again if i need to sell jewelry in the future.
